We ask artists to come only at the time of the reservation (and not in advance to warm up).

• Note that sessions with coach must be booked under the ''Coaching'' service

In case of cancellation, we ask that you do so before the start of your scheduled session, in order to make room for other artists to practice.

We invite you to cancel yourself via your online account.

• In the event of a planned absence, reservations must be removed from the calendar, otherwise a $10 penalty will apply in the event of non-compliance with the cancellation conditions.

• Delays of more than 20 minutes will not guarantee your access to the reserved point.

HEALTH INSTRUCTIONS:

​

• When entering the studio, disinfect your hands with the antiseptic gel.

• The equipment used during your session must absolutely be disinfected and put away when you are no longer using it.

• The mask is recommended for people with fragile health.

On the day of your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your training period to ensure time for reading and signing off (If not already done by email), familiarization with the places and first use of the aerial hook-up (if applicable).
